As part of my services:
I provide ongoing legal advice to support my client’s day-to-day operations; within the available timeframe, I answer their legal questions and assist with decision-making.
If necessary, I will draft or amend the articles of incorporation to ensure that they always comply with current legal requirements and the company’s actual operational framework.
I draft or review contracts that arise in the course of business operations, thereby promoting legally transparent, secure, and stable operations.
5 hours of availability per month

As part of my services:
I provide ongoing legal advice to support my client’s day-to-day operations; within the available timeframe, I answer their legal questions and assist with operational decision-making.
If necessary, I will draft or update the articles of incorporation to ensure that they always comply with current legal requirements and reflect the company’s actual operational framework.
I draft or review the necessary contracts, thereby promoting legally transparent, secure, and stable operations.
I review employment contracts and other legal documents related to day-to-day operations, identifying and addressing any potential legal risks or deficiencies.
8 hours of availability per month

As part of this service:
I provide ongoing legal advice to support my client’s day-to-day operations; within the available timeframe, I answer their legal questions and assist with operational decision-making.
If necessary, I will draft or update the articles of incorporation to ensure that they always comply with current legal requirements and reflect the company’s actual operational framework.
I prepare and review the necessary contracts, thereby promoting legally transparent, secure, and stable operations.
I review employment contracts and other legal documents related to day-to-day operations, identifying and addressing any potential legal risks or deficiencies.
I review the client's internal policies, identify any shortcomings, and assist in drafting them so that they are legally sound.
16 hours of availability per month
This service is designed primarily for businesses for which legal certainty is a fundamental requirement and that need a proactive legal support system that is always available.
The key is to remove legal processes from the risk zone and keep them under complete control.
My subscription service is built on reliability and speed, while minimizing the associated administrative burden on businesses:
Constant Availability: I ensure continuous availability throughout the term specified in the contract. I will respond to all legal matters affecting the company within the required timeframe, involving a colleague who specializes in the relevant area of law when necessary.
A fast and efficient solution: Thanks to the communication channels established in advance, there is no need for face-to-face consultations. As I come to understand the client’s needs, processes, and workflows over time, a continuous working relationship develops, allowing us to address any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
Comprehensive legal certainty: This model enables us to work continuously, collaboratively, and proactively to minimize the occurrence of legal disputes.
Gradual Approach: We enter into the initial service agreement for a fixed term of 3 to 6 months so that the client’s actual needs and the time required to fulfill them can be assessed in practice by both parties. Based on the practical experience gained during this period, we then enter into a long-term cooperation agreement for an indefinite period, in accordance with the selected subscription package.
